The Accreditation Specialist Boot Camp, an intensive two-and-a-half-day course, will provide survey coordinators with everything they need to know to succeed in their jobs. It will cover Joint Commission and CMS requirements, and teach best practices for survey prep, training, and overall management.
The Accreditation Specialist Boot Camp will provide you with the core skills necessary to:
- Interpret accreditation standards and regulations
- Maintain organizational readiness and identify vulnerabilities
- Implement continuous survey readiness plans
- Coordinate site visits
- Execute evidence-based approaches to patient safety and performance improvement
- Identify future trends likely to affect organization compliance
